Chicken Curry:
Ingredients:
Chicken 2.5lbps
Coriander 2tsp
Garlic 0.5 tsp, grounded
Onions 2, sliced
Salt to taste
Red Chili 0.5tsp
Curd 0.5 Cup
Ginger 0.5 tsp, grounded
Oil 0.5 cup
Method:
Fry onions till brown, add 1\2 cup water and all the spices and mix. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken and curds. Cook for another 5-8 minutes and add 2 more cups of water. Simmer on a low fire until chicken is tender. Once the chicken is tender serve in a bowl!
